With 15 NCAA Division III sports, nearly 400 Belhaven student-athletes wear a Blazers uniform and participate in over 300 athletic contests every year. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community love to support our teams and the campus is alive with competition, school spirit, and the drive to excel.

A CHAMPIONSHIP CULTURE

Belhaven is home of seven national championships, including two national titles (1992, 2012) in men’s soccer.

Belhaven’s commitment to excellence reaches off the field and into the classroom, where our student-athletes excel. Blazers women’s softball program achieved a 3.58 GPA during the Fall 2020 semester.

Belhaven athletes enjoy some of the finest facilities in NCAA Division III, from the Belhaven Bowl Stadium to the brand new state of the art Track and Field Complex, located in the heart of campus.
